Every day I am so grateful that I work from home. I love the ease of it, setting my own schedule and that every day has its own possibilities for fun and adventure. With that said, if I were ever crazy enough to venture back in to an office, I would need this!

I am still working on this champagne addition to my little chalet
Margherita Missoni was married this past weekend in a Gypsy style infused gown with headpiece and I adore! It is true that I may have a weakness for this style as my own wedding had a vintage, Grecian infused style to it.

She wed race car driver Eugenio Amo, who was not to be outdone as he wore plaid pants and a tuxedo jacket.

I adore accessories, the details of the tiny pieces of an outfit. Accessories function as a way to dress up or down an outfit, while adding the uniqueness of the wearer. More looks found here.

In this case, the basic grey top and pants could have been bland but the gold shoes and neck collar make this look more, along with the dark aviators.

Here a simple beige top is dressed up with gold jewelry, a bold necklace, animal print bag and purple nails

The wrapped scarf mixed with the long necklaces and tan boots give a free, hippie vibe to this neutral colored outfit

The messy bun, tortoise shell sunnies and buttoned up denim top give this look a certain je ne sais quoi

The studded collar is initially a toughened up look but here it is juxtaposed with a winged eyeliner and bold pink lipstick

This gorgeous glitter dress become more casual with the use of a messy side braid

Again, the importance of hair as an accessory can be seen in this look, as the beachy waves mix with the beautiful gold wrap and white lace
Cheers to the first weekend of summer! I’m so excited to enjoy this summer and have been looking forward to my summer plans, which include lazy days on a hammock, sunning, drinks with friends, bonfires, biking, road trips and wearing lots of white!

Because I love the summertime and especially love a picnic, these picnics are must do’s for the summer!

I have the beetle…now I just need the setting

Cheers

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts (here & here) I adore amazing closets. My favorite part of the closets are always the shoes! I love shoes & adore the concept of displaying them proudly, like art.

So true Marilyn!
I just found out my husband (love saying that!) is related to Audrey Hepburn! Obviously I married smartly lol! Here are some of my favorite Audrey moments, of course beginning with Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

The brownstone from the movie recently sold for $6 million
I never realized this was a half tub until recently but it could be the reason why I have always adored claw foot tubs.

Gorgeous…and definitely the reason I love over-sized sunnies.
Another favorite movie of mine, Roman Holiday, walking down the Spanish Steps
Roman Holiday, La Bocca della Verità
